PIEDRAS BRILLANTES

Here is more information on the house:

Casa Piedras Brillantes is situated in a small Spanish village with lovely views. It is surrounded on two sides by fields, on the other side a hillock and in front a quiet road through the village.

It was completed in 2002 and is furnished to a high standard.

Three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs and one is up in the tower.

The accommodation comprises:

Lounge – with fireplace with wood burning stove, stairs to tower, a television set equipped to receive UK stations by satellite and local stations, and a heating/cooling unit.

Dining area – with triple patio doors to outside dining courtyard

Kitchen - with door to dining courtyard

Utility room – across the courtyard from the kitchen

Through arch in main room to:

Bedroom 1 – with single bed and patio doors to pool. Fitted wardrobe

Shower room – with toilet and washbasin

Passageway to pool

Bedroom 2 – with twin beds, patio doors to pool and fitted wardrobe

Bathroom – with bath, washbasin, bidet and toilet

Bedroom 3 – with twin beds and fitted wardrobes

Bedroom 4 – Upstairs in the tower. King-size bed, ensuite bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Door to roof terrace.

 

The villa is fully furnished and equipped to accommodate seven people. Additionally there is a cot for a baby (and a high chair and stair gate).

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas hob and electric oven and microwave oven. There is a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine is in the utility room.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, but you need to bring your own beach towels.

Each bedroom has a fan.

There is a table tennis table.

OUTSIDE THE VILLA

Carport – with hard standing for two cars.

Swimming pool – 8m x 4m . There is a shaded area close to the pool and a low double wall with roses between the house and the pool area to discourage small children from straying into the area.

Garden - The garden is becoming mature. There are a variety of plants and trees. If you are in the house when fruit is in season help yourself (but not to the oranges in the orchard next door).

Insurance – The owner cannot accept responsibility for any accident or loss howsoever caused during the temporary occupation. It is therefore recommended that appropriate insurance cover be taken out by quests to include all members of their party, before arrival.
